Job Descriptions
SDAC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor for a maintenance and management program contract at a government facility.
- Provide on-site supervision of O&M Facility Teams, building systems, equipment, tools, supplies, service requests, service contracts, and day-to-day operations.
- Administer the execution of preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs, oversee subcontracted services, and conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and service needs.
- Oversee preventive maintenance inspections/repairs for critical systems like fire suppression, sprinkler systems, and HVAC (if qualified).
- Keep blueprints, parts lists, manuals, and catalogues up-to-date for easy reference.
- Maintain records on NCMMS, track service requests, and establish response metrics for efficient workflows.
- Lead the rapid response to indoor emergencies and air quality complaints, ensuring timely remediation and communication with the Client and Project Manager.
- Coordinate set-ups and breakdowns for on-site events as requested by the Client.
- Manage supply inventory and initiate purchase orders to maintain optimal operating efficiency.
- Pursue and coordinate subcontractors for specialized work as approved by the Project Manager.
- Implement and train on the Safety Program, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.
- Foster positive relationships with Client personnel and ensure total contract compliance through accurate and timely reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and infrastructure, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Facility Manager with 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong preventive and corrective maintenance procedures across various MEP system
- Strong leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for record-keeping and reporting.
- Safety-conscious professional with a commitment to compliance and risk mitigation.
