Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Assist with guest requests, such as room service or transportation arrangements
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
