Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld
- Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing employee performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
- Proficient in budgeting and revenue management techniques
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
