Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information. Demonstrated ability to set priorities and respond to changing demands from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow through, meet deadlines, anticipate requirements, and build relationships with minimal oversight. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ reasoning skills. Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision. Demonstrated comfort level w/ internal systems or demonstrated ability to learn new systems. Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. Demonstrated past experience working with C-suite-level executives. PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Must present as approachable, open, professional, and positive.
