SGMC Health is growing! To support our expanding team, we are looking for a Benefits Manager in our People Services (HR) Department. The Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and administering employee benefit program plans, enrollments, communications and education for all eligible SGMC Health employees. They are responsible for completing all necessary reporting of the benefits programs for SGMC Health and its campuses/affiliates. They will maintain strong working relationships with benefit vendors and key stakeholders and serve as lead on benefits related projects and events. They will also serve as the escalation point for benefits issues and concerns. They will develop and maintain a wide variety of written materials (e.g. forms, procedures, brochures, pamphlets, website updates, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information to employees. They must stay current with industry trends and standards to make well-informed recommendations for changes/improvement.
