Job Description :
Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.
Lead development activities and manage assignments for the team. Responsible for conducting technical code reviews and unit testing
- Solution development : Developing solutions for the team
- Deployment activities : Coordinating and executing deployment activities on the Salesforce platform
- Mentoring team members : Providing guidance to team members
- Identifying trends : Identifying trends in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Technical vision : Writing a technical vision for the team
- Unblocking teammates : Helping teammates
Note : At the time of the interview candidates are expected to write code for hands-on evaluation for LWC and Apex
