About the role:
As a Semi-Senior Salesforce Consultant, you typically have intermediate-level experience and expertise in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions for clients. Your role would involve a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and consulting capabilities to understand clients' needs and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications associated with this role:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design Salesforce solutions to meet their needs.
- Configure and customize Salesforce platform features, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes) and Visualforce when necessary.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
- Perform data migrations and ensure data quality within Salesforce orgs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Platform App Builder are required. Additional certifications like Salesforce Developer (PD1) or Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation and customization projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization tools, including declarative features like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Lightning App Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues within Salesforce solutions.
