Ensured that the team had priorities lined out for them, so they knew what to work on every day.
Responsible for production planning and scheduling for on-time production.
Responsible for modifying part data, and uploading all released assemblies from engineering into ERP system
Confirmed that materials and operations were setup most effectively to optimize time and material usage
Ensured that materials were ordered in a timely manner to keep production making parts efficiently
Compiled reports from ERP system to effectively communicate status and priorities to fabrication team
Implemented the Kanban System so parts could be stored more effectively and made in larger quantities.

Ensured parts leaving the shop went to the correct location, ie: assembly floor, painting, or external finishing
