RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Scrum Master in Farmington, CT.
Responsibilities:
* Liaison between IT and business to relay feedback on software functionality
* Junior Scrum Master will create process flows document the current and future state flows
* Create testing strategy and plans
* Create Test Templates
* Create Test cases and execute
* As a Junior Scrum Master, you will open defect in Jira and assign to the right team
* Run daily stand up and requirement sessions
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience
* Solid Agile Program Leadership experience
* Scrum Cert. preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
