One of Addison Group’s clients, a nonprofit public policy organization, is seeking a Development Coordinator to support their growing development program.

Experience

1-3 years of professional experience within fundraising and / or donor relations

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,

Raisers Edge , (or similar fundraising database), SharePoint, Salesforce

Soft Skills

organized, high degree of professionalism

Education

BA / BS preferred

Proof of vaccination against Covid-19

Required

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Data and Information Management in Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Conduct donor research and generate reports.
• Participate in meetings and take detailed meeting notes.
• Schedule meetings and conference calls for the development team.
• Coordinate travel logistics and prepare expense reports.
• Assist with events and special projects.
