Job Description:
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
Ability to work with ATS software.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s calendar.
Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Experience with recruitment/hiring process.
Skilled with background checks, issuing employment contracts etc.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Computer Proficient , MS Office skills.
