Job Description/Preferred QualificationsResponsibilities:

• Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle.
• Determines material requirements from production schedules.
• Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering.
• Ensures non-conformances or variances are approved and/ or minimized.
• Track shortages and run shortage meetings with procurement team.
• Highlight to management critical part shortages that will jeopardize ship schedule.
• Responsible for maintaining bill of materials, ensuring bill of material supports efficient material flow and is aligned with assembly process.
• Planner must understand manufacturing capacity and allocate as required to meet build plan commitments.

Minimum QualificationsQualifications:

• 2 years related experience
• BS degree required.
• Must be proficient on ERP system; preferable SAP.
