Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Responsibilities: Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering. Ensures non-conformances or variances are approved and/ or minimized. Track shortages and run shortage meetings with procurement team. Highlight to management critical part shortages that will jeopardize ship schedule. Responsible for maintaining bill of materials, ensuring bill of material supports efficient material flow and is aligned with assembly process. Planner must understand manufacturing capacity and allocate as required to meet build plan commitments. Minimum Qualifications Qualifications: 2 years related experience BS degree required. Must be proficient on ERP system; preferable SAP.
