  • Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist / Ops Support - they will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR functions and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

    The Human Resources Generalist / Ops Support will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration.

    This role will also provide support to the operations team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    Qualifications

    Human Resources :

    Recruitment & Staffing :

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local job boards, colleges, and employment agencies to attract top talent.

    Employee Relations :

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and team spirit.

    Compliance & Administration :

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Performance Management :

    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing professional development programs.

    Operations Support :

    Administrative Tasks :

    • Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and employee activities.

    Operational Efficiency :

    • Collaborate with management to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Support daily restaurant operations as needed, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.

    Qualifications : Education :

    Education :

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    Experience :

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.

    Skills :

    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
