Position Overview:
The onsite IT Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations at our new Dallas-area Hot Springs Complex. This individual will be responsible for addressing a wide range of technical challenges, from network issues to hardware and software support. Acting as the first point of contact, they will swiftly and efficiently address IT concerns to ensure minimal disruption. With the company poised for rapid growth, we seek an individual who is eager to grow, dedicated, and places a high emphasis on customer service.
