About Us:

WorldSprings is a unique outdoor hot springs experience that combines the social and wellness benefits of mineral springs from around the world, designed to make you feel better. We are in the final stages of opening our first US location in North Dallas, which will include 46 outdoor soaking pools, a Dead Sea float pool, and cold plunges that guests can enjoy all year while experiencing 9 different mineral formulas at any given time. We are defining the Social Wellness experience and have plans for significant national expansion over the next five years.


Position Overview:

The onsite IT Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations at our new Dallas-area Hot Springs Complex. This individual will be responsible for addressing a wide range of technical challenges, from network issues to hardware and software support. Acting as the first point of contact, they will swiftly and efficiently address IT concerns to ensure minimal disruption. With the company poised for rapid growth, we seek an individual who is eager to grow, dedicated, and places a high emphasis on customer service.


Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with WorldSprings business goals.
  • Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  • Recruit, train and supervise IT site support technician.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with other departments and teams.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
  • Ensure network security and data integrity by implementing robust security measures.
  • Manage the acquisition, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including licenses and updates.
  • Monitor technology trends and evaluate new products and solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
  • Installation or delegation of computer or POS installation or relocation.
  • Learn and maintain basic knowledge of the custom POS software to provide initial support to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and practices to protect data and systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Lead and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations and infrastructure expansions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, protocols, and procedures.
  • Generate regular reports on IT performance, project status and security assessments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
  • Several years in IT management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, network administration, and cyber security.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory management.
  • Certifications like PMP, ITlL or CISSP can be advantages.

Flexibility to adapt to emerging technologies and industry.
