Job description
Our fast-growing and well-established manufacturing company is looking for an onsite experienced Full Time Security Guard at 2 of our Tampa Bay locations, we are hiring for 1st shift . (Tues. - Saturday 7am - 3pm ). Days may be adjusted depending on business needs. Local applicants are preferred.
Qualification
· Required high school diploma / (GED) general education degree
· Over 2 years of working experience
· Driver License, clean driving records & Security D License
· Must be at least 18 years old & able to work during weekends
· Solid reading, written and oral communication skills
· Capability to stay sharp & accomplish at all type of scenarios
· Able to pass a drug test / criminal background evaluation
· Business casual dress work attire
· Comfortable driving, kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and/or standing for extended periods
Essential Functions:
· Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated areas
· Keep our premises safe and monitored which includes a vehicle to guard in
· Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures
· Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
· Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
· Respond to emergencies, and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
· Monitor alarms and security cameras
Compensation and Benefits:
· Compensation is $16.00 Dollars per hour based on experience
· Vacation, holiday pay. Up to 52 hours of PTO time annually
· 75% Heath/Dental/Vision coverage for you and 25 % for your family
