Prestige Auto Group is part of a group of 3 fast paced Used Car Sales Stores. We are very focused on employee and customer retention. It is important to us, that we find the perfect fit for our TEAM! A person who has experience in and can perform the following:

  • Interface with customers as frequently as possible to ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Willing to coach, train, mentor, and develop in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of all sales positions.
  • Conduct frequent sales meetings to keep the sales team informed about company and department performance, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Perform Performance Reviews for all individuals within the sales team.
  • Ensure sales staff adheres to company and department policies and procedures.
  • Manage & oversee incoming traffic from all leads.
  • Desk deals based on incentives.
  • Assist in inventory control, ensuring a focus on aging units.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

  • Highly-polished, proven leadership qualities with an emphasis on sales.
  • Ability to deliver World Class Client Satisfaction.
  • Previous experience required.
