Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Coordinator/Office Manager at Seven Hills Auctions in Tallahassee, FL. The Closing Coordinator/Office Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contracting and closing process. They will also handle communication with customers and clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth and efficient closings. In addition, to the closing coordination duties, they will assist with ensuring compliance with state real estate and auction laws, support the firms real estate agents and assist in managing the operational functions of the firm.
