· To ensure all daily orders, including customer requests are communicated to the plant production staff.
· To produce production tickets in a timely fashion, including all adjustments.
· To review daily manifests.
· To review and update soil information.
· Answering incoming phone calls as necessary, and route the calls to the proper personnel.
· To relay all correspondence and all other customer requirements to the General Manager and appropriate sales associate.
· To know the Uniform Bar-coding system, uniform invoicing and commercial invoicing.
· To assist the General Manager and Office Manager in any and all projects necessary.
· To ensure that all outgoing customer mail is routed properly.
· To assist all Account Executives in any and all ways pertaining to their accounts.
· Responsible for ensuring that the office staff is cross trained in all aspects of billing and customer service procedures.
· To assist the Office Manager in reviewing time cards for accuracy.
· To meet or exceed all job assignments.
· Other duties as assigned.
