Customer Service Representative

Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
- Tuesday to Saturday, 7am-4pm (weekdays), 6:30am-3:30pm (Saturday)
Compensation:
- $16-$18 per hour
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of phone-based customer service or administrative work
- Minimum 1 year in a professional office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Directly connect with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns
- Perform customer verifications
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and employees
- Work as part of the office support team to approve incoming projects and process paperwork
