Com & Sun - Communication Digitale & Création graphique is Hiring a Bilingual HR Generalist Near Sugar, TX
Responsible for Employee Relations at the designated site under the direction of the HR Director.
Support recruiting and onboarding processes, administration of job descriptions, coordination of performance assessment process, and providing advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel policies, practices, and employment laws at the designated site
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Responsible for workplace investigations and administration of disciplinary processes at the designated site
Assist with the administration and education of employee benefit plans (health, dental, vision, etc.)
Assist with administration and maintenance of Human Resources Information System Paycom (HRIS)
Preferred Required skills and qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or experience in the HR field
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in HR a plus
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
