We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food production and service. If you have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a background in kitchen management, we would love to hear from you.
```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
```Experience```
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience in menu planning and recipe development is a plus
- Baking experience is a plus
- Pizza experience is a plus
