Overview : I am seeking an experienced Freelance Customer Service System Consultant to design and implement a customer service framework for my growing online and local event seed sales business.

This project-based role is ideal for independent professionals who excel in creating efficient, scalable customer service solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess the current customer interaction points and develop a comprehensive plan to enhance customer service across all platforms.
  • Design a customer service system that includes templates for common customer inquiries, guidelines for customer interactions, and escalation procedures for handling complaints.
  • Implement a training module for our team to efficiently use the customer service system, ensuring they are equipped to maintain high standards of customer engagement.
  • Provide recommendations for customer relationship management (CRM) tools that align with our business size and customer interaction style.
  • Deliver a final report outlining the system setup, usage guidelines, and any recommendations for ongoing adjustments or improvements.

Project Deliverables :

  • A fully functional customer service framework tailored to our business needs.
  • Training materials for our team on the new customer service practices.
  • A comprehensive guide on the CRM tools suitable for our business.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in customer service consulting, particularly with e-commerce and event management businesses.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration into customer service workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Contract Terms :

  • This is a temporary, project-based contract role.
  • The contractor will work independently and manage their schedule to deliver the project within agreed timelines.
  • The contractor is expected to use their own tools and resources to complete the project.
  • Payment will be made upon completion of the project milestones and final acceptance of the work.
