DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including, but not limited to, the following:
- Review time and attendance for completeness and accuracy for both plants.
- Manage leave and paid time off programs in the ADP system.
- Assist with onboarding of all new employees, such as new employee orientation, explanation of benefits, explanation of company policies, practices and procedures, verifying I-9 and E-Verify.
- Assist with compensation and benefits planning and administration including coordination of annual open enrollment, changes in coverage and enrollment for eligible employee.
- Administer, interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulation.
- Partner with HR Manager to develop, implement, maintain and monitor ADP System.
- Conduct Safety Training for all employees in coordination with Quality Manager.
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll for processing through ADP system.
- Conduct new employee orientation and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Coordinate open enrollments, changes and training for employee benefits program.
- Create and distribute internal communication regarding trainings and company policies
- Maintain employees personnel records
- Other duties as assigned.

- Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management.
- General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes within the state of Kentucky.
OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
Physical Demands: Standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, climbing stairs, and carrying up to 40 pounds.
Environmental Demands: Noise levels above 85 DBA. Hot and cold working conditions.
Job Hazards: Caustics, acids, chlorine, ammonia, high pressure steam and water, hot equipment, trucks fork lifts, conveyers, mechanical hazards, slick or wet floors, confined space entry, elevated work areas on platforms, and equipment above 10 feet.
