Plumbing Showroom Sales

Job Description :

We are in the Plumbing Showroom Sales business of providing new builds and remodels for high-end residential kitchens and baths.

We are also helping to create and deliver the promise of someone’s dream. That’s why our sales force is so important they are the front face of our entire company.

The work itself includes not only sales, but also following the order through the process to on-site delivery. In other words, it’s about building relationships with our customers and multi-tasking all that comprises the scope of a project.

Plumbing Showroom Sales Responsibilities :

  • Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products
  • Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
  • Prepare job quotations and submittals
  • Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, handling complaints timely and accurately
  • Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
  • Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
  • Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files
  • Client follow-up, tracking orders from beginning to end regarding quotes and landing the sale
  • Develop long-term relationships with builders, plumbers, and designers
  • Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between product ordered and customer desire and needs
  • Attend trade events / mixers / networking events to seek new clients and build relationship; continue your education in product & sales skills

Plumbing Showroom Sales Requirements :

  • Multi-tasking and ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
  • Desire to exceed client & company expectations
  • Strong consultative sales skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (both oral and written) with the ability to perform business math Sales Profit!!
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up & organizational skills
  • Technical expertise of Plumbing Showroom Sales and knowledge of company products
  • Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
  • Team player who works productively with all departments and customers
  • Professional demeanor and great attitude
  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred
