Our Company is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be making a difference each and every day.
Job Summary :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service during phone calls and e-mail correspondence with customers.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- All CSRs will be prepared to take calls.
- Ensure all potential job leads are being contacted and moved to the correct status
- CSRs will be responsible for fielding all incoming service calls during business hours and notated / assigned on-call hours.
- The CSR is responsible for not only receiving the necessary information of a lead or job, but also coordinating the appointment(s) on the different office’s calendar so that it optimizes business operations.
This will be for both first time and repeat service appointments.
- Excelling in customer service and communication is a necessary trait of a CSR.
- Ensure that all daily updates and customer communication is recorded and documented in the company's designated software.
