About the Company and Accounts Payable Analyst Opportunity:

Overview of the Accounts Payable Analyst Role:

• This is a contract position that could go permanent for the right candidate
• 100% on site in Sparks, MD to start. After training (1-2 months), position can be hybrid (2 days in, 3 days out)
• Hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM with some flexibility
• Ideal start date: week of May 20, 2024

Job Duties of the Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Prioritize, analyze and pay a high volume of invoices and expense reports
  • Process expense reports manually and automatically and ensure proper coding
• Perform EDI reconciliations
• Review credit card statements and keep track of receipts
• Review timesheets in Kronos
• Work with coordinators at other facilities and with various departments at main facility
• Perform data entry
• This person will directly support the AP Supervisor

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Analyst:

• 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
• PeopleSoft and/or Kronos experience a plus
• Intermediate Excel user- must be able to manipulate data within Excel
• Great customer service skills!
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
