227.4596FULL DESCRIPTION : Maintain and manage specific outside territory by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Manage customer accounts to ensure 'premiere' service and technical support to customers with on-site consultative visits on a regular and ongoing basis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for : Conduct on-site customer visits to provide sales information with regards to company Consumables : cell culture, sample preparation (chromatography) and related products-Ensure that assigned territory meets sales goals-Develop relationships with new and existing customers-Sell products in various market segments via direct sales and through distributors-Actively sell : Local vendor shows and company sponsored trade shows-Identify and follow-up with potential new sales leads through social media, the company CRM, customer referrals and email campaigns-Develop sales strategies for assigned territory including business plans and market analysis-Have a positive attitude, be a team player, and strive to learn and contribute to company culture-Manage and maintain information in company CRM-Perform other job-related duties as requested by customers and / or management-Limited overnight travel (except sales meetings / attend national conferences) The selected candidate will also possess : Self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are critical-Knowledge of the account base in the geography preferred-Laboratory hands-on experience preferred-Basic Knowledge of Cell Culture and / or High Pressure Liquid Chromatography-Requires analytical thinking and presenting ideas-Experience in Microsoft office and a CRM program-Skilled in the art of negotiation-Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Life Sciences or Chemistry required Salary Range : $110k-$130k / yr For immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to acannon@ or call 858.
