SpeedX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the inbound and outbound freight operations, specifically focusing on handling parcels for last-mile delivery. You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of parcel delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor - Last Mile Delivery

Job Type: Full-time, AM - PM – OVN Shift’s

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the inbound and outbound freight operations.
• Oversee the handling and processing of parcels for last-mile delivery.
• Manage and optimize the full life cycle of parcel delivery, from receipt to final distribution.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely replenishment of stock.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols in the warehouse.
• Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar role in a logistics environment.
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound freight operations.
• Knowledge of parcel delivery processes and last-mile logistics.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
