Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation management systems and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups
- Utilize GPS and transportation planning software to optimize routes
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze transportation data to improve efficiency
- Use SyteLine or similar software for tracking orders

- Run email reports

- Use of Microsoft and excel to create spreadsheet
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the transportation management team to streamline operations

Experience:
- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics
- Familiarity with Oracle Transportation Management is a plus
- Knowledge of transportation management best practices
- Strong analytical skills to assess transportation data effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
