**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

**Duties:**
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits, will be processing 2500-3500 invoices per month.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors regarding payment inquiries

**Requirements:** -
Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Processor or in a similar role

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or similar programs
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
