Job Description: The Help Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the help desk to ensure efficient and effective support for end-users. This role involves coordinating the activities of help desk staff, providing technical assistance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Help Desk Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for help desk inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with users.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Secret Clearance required
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II
