Illinois Cancer Specialists is a healthcare network dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients facing hematological and oncological conditions. The HR Generalist manages the recruiting process, provides HR Generalist support to management staff and employees on HR related issues and priorities. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards and Shared Values.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS in Human Resources, or related field and at least 3 years HR Generalist experience required. Solid knowledge of employment law, policies, and practices as well as benefits, FMLA, compensation principles and recruiting practices. PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Experience in healthcare highly desired.
