The City of Santa Cruz is seeking a smart, savvy, experienced generalist to serve as its new Assistant City Manager. The ideal candidate will be politically astute, yet apolitical, and possess a strong background in City operations. As a representative of the City, the incumbent will ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to internal and external stakeholders in a positive, collaborative and professional manner. The new Assistant City Manager will not only possess exemplary leadership skills but will also embody the values of teamwork, collaboration and positivity.
