Overview Joule has an opening for a Training Specialist in development that will be responsible for Develops automation capabilities for training assignments and change requests using site-approved digital tools in North Carolina. Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Production Management, Training Department, and Database Administrators to categorize, prioritize, and consolidate training curricula for the manufacturing department
- Supports customization, configuration and implementation of training profiles
- Adheres to GMP guidelines and change control management processes.
- Formatting MS Excel spreadsheets to organize data for discussions
- Keeping notes of changes to be made
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience creating surveys for departments, Teams, Forms, and Outlook
- Excel: Grouping Items create Curricula>Curricula to create jobs
- Background in training programs and their structure within a learning management system
