Joule has an opening for a Training Specialist in development that will be responsible for Develops automation capabilities for training assignments and change requests using site-approved digital tools in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Production Management, Training Department, and Database Administrators to categorize, prioritize, and consolidate training curricula for the manufacturing department
• Supports customization, configuration and implementation of training profiles
• Adheres to GMP guidelines and change control management processes.
• Formatting MS Excel spreadsheets to organize data for discussions
• Keeping notes of changes to be made

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience creating surveys for departments, Teams, Forms, and Outlook
• Excel : Grouping Items create Curricula>
