We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and software support, be customer-focused, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities will be :
1. Provide first-level technical support to end-users regarding hardware and software issues
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
4. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
5. Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
6. Ensure the security and confidentiality of information systems data.
7. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements to provide proactive support.
QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as an IT Support Help Desk Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and software applications. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with remote desktop applications. Solid understanding of network concepts and protocols. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
