**Responsibilities:**
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related field preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
