A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)

As a Customer Service Rep, you provide customer support by handling requests over the phone or in person. You're always professional and kind to clients as you handle their concerns or questions. Additionally, you manage our schedule by booking appointments and reviewing upcoming arrangements. You will be scanning, emailing attaching documents so knowing your way around a computer. You make sure that our time is well organized and distributed so we can smoothly take in cars and customers as needed. You also work closely with an estimator at times. It is important that you bring a smile with you every day to work. You will have interactions with not only our customers but our vendors and insurance companies. You get a great sense of accomplishment helping others and ensuring our customers get the best auto services they need! Our CSR is the face of Auto 360 Garage and are the first to greet our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)

Customer service experience (1 years of experience is preferred, but we will train)

Automotive experience would be a plus! Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you someone who has a positive, can-do attitude? Can you be patient and professional with all our clients? Do you have a customer-oriented attitude? Are you detail-oriented and organized? Do you have amazing phone etiquette? Are you a team player and work well with others? If yes, you might just be perfect for this administrative position!
