We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive product growth by identifying and improving our market differentiators while balancing customer and business needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on complex digital products for both technical and non-technical users and will work collaboratively with our product designers on how we continue to push the envelope of innovation at Kiteworks. They should be curious, a self-starter, and have experience managing products in a dynamic environment – so that when push comes to shove, product value is delivered consistently. Critical thinking and an analytical mindset are needed and highly valued.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate: Customer engagement & stakeholder management. 
• Generate: Product discovery & inform product roadmap & vision. 
• Document: Product requirements, set priorities, represent the business & customer in cross-functional stand-ups, and ensure product value is upheld & delivered throughout development sprints and hand-off’s. 
• Collaborate with your design and product team members to:
  • Ensure holistic approach & product consistency. 
  • Align on product evolution to obtain product vision. 
  • Prioritize features and define the minimum viable deliverable for each release. 
  • Refine thinking & approach as needed. 
  • Learn from each other. 
  • Drive simplicity into user-flows across technology platforms. 

What You'll Bring:

• 4 years in product management.
• Must be located in Pacific or Mountain time zone.
• Experience with global teams and willing ness to meet 2-3 days a week in evening hours. 
• Knowledge of industry standards and accessibility needs for web, mobile, and client UI. 
• Grasp the implications of technical architecture on scalable cloud/mobile/web product. 
• Experience with internet-based applications and platforms. 

• Experience with the agile process. 
• Comfortable communicating and presenting to global teams and leadership. 
• Experience collaborating with design & research methodologies and using insights to make data-driven decisions. 
• Up to four trips to San Mateo headquarters (if fully remote), and up to four international trips per year. 
• Cybersecurity experience and expertise with databases, networks, hardware, firewalls, and encryption a plus, but not required.
