Curo Pet Care is Hiring a Practice Manager Near San Francisco, CA
We're seeking a dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to work hand in hand with the clinic's medical director, delivering outstanding patient and client care. The Practice Manager should be able to identify what's working well, what could be better and design and execute their plan on how to get to the next level of service. The practice will be supported behind the scenes in matters of HR, payroll, marketing, recruiting, etc.
No day will be exactly the same - that's part of the appeal, but here are the general duties of the Practice Manager:
- Staff and schedule the hospital's support team appropriately around the needs of the doctors
- Create and maintain an efficient hospital inventory system
- Partner with vendors to address any facilities issues, as needed
- Exemplify and uphold a culture of care and excellence with both team members and clients alike
- Communicate business plans for all hospital operations with support partners, proactively designing solutions for any disruptions

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
