We have an openings for immigration attorneys on both our family-based and litigation teams.

Family-based Attorney: The ideal candidate would have experience in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Immigration Court, and Board of Immigration Appeals with family-based petitions, complex adjustments of status, waivers of inadmissibility, U Nonimmigrant Visas, VAWA applications, Consular Processing and other family-based petitions for relief.

Litigation Attorney: Must be willing and available to attend hearings at the Asylum Office and at Immigration Courts in San Francisco and/or Sacramento.
