Litigation Attorney (Technology, IP and Commercial)

Position can be seated in Menlo Park, CA, San Jose, CA or, for the right candidate, this position can be fully remote.

this firm's growing commercial litigation practice has an opportunity for a Technology and Business Litigation Attorney. The group requires and individual with a minimum of eight (8) yearsof substantial litigation experience .

Responsibilities will include representing high-technology clients involved in intellectual property litigation and helping clients navigate business challenges and other high-exposure litigation.

This position requires hands-on experience in litigation and current admission to the California Bar. No relocation offered.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
