Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Work Schedule : Hybrid
Pay range- $60/HR to $75/HR on W2.
Contract – 3 Month with possibility of extension.
Top 5 Required Skills:
1. Ability to identify process gaps, create solutions, and operationalize across teams
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
3. Synthesize feedback and identify themes/patterns to make recommendations that optimize the overall Marketing Plan, with tight alignment to priorities.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
5. Full proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Technologies: Knowledge of technology (i.e., chipsets) is required.
Required Education and Required Years of Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related experience
• 5 years in business operations, marketing, or related work experience
