The primary responsibilities of the Colleague Experience Supervisor involve meeting and exceeding the needs of our colleagues and leaders to inspire them to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests and for each other. This role will assist and educate our colleagues on internal Hyatt systems and processes, produce colleague communications, coordinate colleague appreciation events/perks, and assist with onboarding our new colleagues to the Hyatt family. Additional priorities may include assisting the Colleague Experience team with all other areas, such as benefit administration, recruitment, safety, and learning/development.
Responsibilities include:
WAGE: The hourly rate for this position is $26.50
SCHEDULE: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-4:30pm.
