Our client, a leading health insurer, is seeking an Associate MarketingSpecialist to support event marketing initiatives!

Associate Marketing Specialist

Pay : $25-31.25 / hr

9am-5pm M-F with flexibility for evening events on occasion

30 hours per week

2 month contract to start

On site : San Antonio, TX 78257

Responsibilities :

• Arrange marketing packages for distribution to agencies, AOS locations, MIC, etc.
• Deliver marketing packages to various stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Provide support during Growth Events at community organizations, including setting up marketing materials and assisting with event logistics.
• Assist in organizing and executing Clinic Retention events to promote customer loyalty.
• Foster and maintain broker relationships to emphasize GSA Provider growth initiatives.
• Set up and break down event marketing materials as needed for various promotional activities.
• Identify and cultivate new community partnerships that align with the company's Medicare initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing marketing materials.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in marketing or related field is preferred.
