SA Masonry & Steel is Hiring an Entry Level Accountant Near San Antonio, TX
Entry Level Accountant
We are looking for a responsible individual who can help our accounts payable and receivable, and conduct other tasks related to finance. Apart from that, you should be excellent at recording data.
Responsibilities
•Reconciles, investigates, corrects, and adjusts accounting information
•Performs Accounts Receivable functions including aging reports, and account reconciliation
•make deposits, completes daily paperwork
•Assists with aging credits, NFS/Chargeback recovery and reconciles accounts daily
•Verifying validity of account discrepancies
•Making adjustments to accounts as needed
- Maintain records of assets and liabilities
•Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets
•Analyze, evaluate and provide suggestions, observations and recommendations for improvements to existing methodologies and/or internal processes
•Punctuality, timeliness and adherence to the specified work schedule and office hours are required
•Additionally, must actively perform and complete duties on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, or as otherwise directed by management
