Chromebookparts.com is searching for a driven and passionate Repair Sales Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our customer base by actively promoting our Chromebook repair services across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively Sell our comprehensive repair services to current customers, highlighting the value and convenience we offer.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Identify promising leads from our sales funnel, website, make initial contact, and expertly guide them through the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date on our repair services and develop a strong understanding of Chromebook functionalities.
• Identify and pursue valuable government repair contracts, expanding our reach and client base.
• Build trust with customers through clear and consistent communication, keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Keep detailed customer interaction data organized within our database.
• Collaborate on crafting engaging email marketing campaigns to promote our services.
• Manage a high volume of emails efficiently, providing prompt and informative responses.

Who You Are:

• You have an Associate's Degree or 5 years of experience in a relevant field. (A plus!)
• Dedicated sales experience in the education space (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is a valuable asset.
• B2B sales and/or customer service with 5 years of experience.
• Possess a strong understanding of sales fundamentals.
• Communicate clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency in G-suite (sheets and docs) is a must.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and the ability to solve problems independently.

The Perks:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule with the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid model.
• Competitive salary: Base pay: $45,000 plus commission.
• Estimated first-year OTE (On-Target Earnings): $90,000 - $105,000 based on performance.
