We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing Employee or sub-contractor who is looking for consistent work and is ready to join our team in our roofing division. Our team is almost always busy, doing outstanding work and taking great care of our customers. This role works in residential environments and follows a systematic approach that includes set-up, preparation, punch-list items, clean up, and inspections.

The ideal candidate is a roofing/construction professional with the highest standards who has experience in residential roofing. He or she must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which include performing roof repairs, standing for long periods, lifting objects, climbing stairs and ladders, etc. Most projects are small, medium to large residences projects. He or she must be able to communicate with homeowners and customers as needed while jobs are being completed. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes set-up duties at the job site, which may include moving all items in a room to the center and covering with sheeting and covering floors with drop cloths
• Inspects work for the highest quality
• Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property
• Must be able to climb roofs safely
• Prevent water intrusion for exterior job
• Cleans up daily and after job is complete, which includes moving all items back to desired locations and sweeping/vacuuming floors and carpets for interior jobs, and removing all job materials
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Maintains positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other employees
• Promotes business development by projecting a positive image of the company during interactions with employees, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Participates in occasional meetings, educational opportunities, etc. as requested
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required encouraged
• tech school a plus
• One year of professional roofing experience preferred
• Metal, Flat and Shingle roof systems will be our predominate business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have own vehicle
• Must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (Standing, lifting, climbing, working inside and outside.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $20.81 - $39.87 per hour
