Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Follow safety procedures for the use of chemical cleaners
- Notify management of any repairs needed

Skills:
- Experience in custodial and commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Ability to maintain facilities to high standards of cleanliness
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills to report maintenance issues

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
